https://www.selmafoodbank.com/On October 18, 1993, the Selma Area Food Bank opened its doors, with the primary goal of feeding every neighbor in need. To this day our operation strives to put an end to hunger in our 4-county service area. We accomplish this mission by distributing over a million pounds of food each year to our partner agencies. These agencies consist of local churches, shelters, food pantries and other non- profit organizations. The Agencies receive the food from us and then distribute to the individuals in need in their area.
