Emergency Volunteer Opportunities
United Way is monitoring the needs of our community and leading the region’s efforts to organize volunteers and coordinate volunteer opportunities in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in the most timely and safe manner possible.
We will be updating this page regularly as COVID-19 volunteer response opportunities arise. Please check back for updates and visit the Volunteer from Home page for virtual and do-it-yourself volunteer opportunities. If your company is wanting to coordinate a food or supply drive click here.

COVID-19 Update: STLVolunteer Volunteer Opportunities
COVID-19 Update: Until further notice, we are deferring judgment for all volunteer needs and projects to our nonprofit, school and corporate partners. We’ve been in contact with all of them and will update our volunteer calendar, programs, and needs of our community as requested. We encourage you to contact the organization directly to confirm if a volunteer project is still happening or to let them know you will not be in attendance. And, we are asking any volunteers or volunteer family members that may have been exposed to COVID-19 or who are not feeling well to NOT volunteer with any organization for at least 14-days.
Non-Volunteer Related Needs
For non-volunteer related needs, Remember, you can always call United Way 2-1-1, 24/7 simply by dialing 2-1-1 or 800-427-4626.
